The Forum for Innovative Leadership, hosted by the Urban Education Center (UEC), features outstanding leaders and innovators in education and educational policy. The theme for the Forum is “Inspiring Commitments to Education.”
Attendees have an opportunity to collaborate and network with colleagues, researchers, practitioners and policy makers on effective instructional practices, building positive school climates and leadership strategies. This conference is designed for school and district leaders and those charged with developing effective urban schools. The Forum has three tracks; Academics, Charter Schools and Business Operations.
The 2010 Forum for Innovative Leadership is approved for 22 hours of TASL credit
Arkansas Department of Education has approved 18 hours of prefessional development credit.
Georgia Department of Education has authorized PLU's.
