About the UEC
The Memphis City Schools Urban Education Center (UEC) takes a comprehensive approach to improving the quality of education for students by developing a cadre of schools leaders committed to eliminating the achievement gap. The UEC has four major programs developed and aligned to meet the needs of urban schools. Those programs are: Forum for Innovative Leadership, the Executive Leadership Program, the Summer Institutes and Leader|Share.
